A |     The trailer for the investigative supernatural thriller, Bhay - The Gaurav Tiwari Mystery, has officially released, and it looks like it’s set to be the next must-watch show for anyone who loves a good scare and a deep mystery. Inspired by the incredible, true story of Gaurav Tiwari, India’s very first paranormal investigator, the series stars Karan Tacker in the lead role and the versatile Kalki Koechlin as the author determined to uncover the truth behind his death.           The show takes us straight into the terrifying world that Gaurav Tiwari navigated. The trailer opens with intense field investigations, showing unexplained activities, spirits lurking, and a desperate struggle to capture evidence. Gaurav, who started his career as a pilot before a life-changing experience led him to the paranormal world, spent his life chasing things most people considered as fantasy. The series promises to showcase his actual case files and field notes, putting his personal battles and the emotional toll of confronting the paranormal activities.                                                  The story also moves forward after Gaurav’s sudden and tragic death at the age of 32. This is where Kalki Koechlin’s character, author and journalist Irene Venkat, takes over. Initially a practical person, Irene is pulled into Gaurav’s legacy as she begins to retrace his final steps for a book. The trailer hints that her investigation will uncover a larger, darker truth about the man and the mystery that now defines him.           ​Karan Tacker, who steps into the demanding role of Gaurav Tiwari, admitted that the experience was one of the toughest of his career. He shared that portraying a real-life figure who genuinely believed in the forces he dealt with, and who met such an unsettling end, was incredibly intense. “Filming his story shook me in ways I didn’t expect; he was someone who wanted to be understood and acknowledged," Tacker said. "To understand Gaurav, I had to recognise the courage it takes to follow a calling most people question. His life was filled with doubt, pressure, and real danger, yet he never stopped chasing the truth.”           ​Kalki Koechlin was equally drawn to the emotional depth of her character. Speaking about playing Irene Venkat, she noted that the journey is one of seeing past assumptions. "She begins with skepticism, but as she learns about Gaurav after his passing, she realizes the numerous layers that were a part of his life and work. That emotional shift was one major factor that drew me to the role," she explained.     Directed by Robbie Grewal, the series boasts a stellar supporting cast including Danish Sood, Saloni Batra, Shubham Chaudhary, and Nimisha Nair. C | 动态发布后，剧组同僚纷纷前来互动玩梗，上演跨次元“催饭”。蒋奇明（剧中饰演马俊生）留言调侃“闻到饭香俊生端着碗就过来了”，李治廷（饰演托尼）也留言喊话“徐大厨请给我盛一大碗”，戏里角色走进现实评论区，趣味十足。据了解，“徐福烩饭”出自《欢迎来龙餐馆》，片中沈腾扮演的厨师徐福身处战乱环境，利用南瓜、土豆、鸡肉等边角食材焖煮烩饭，让流离失所的孩童吃上一口热乎饭。时隔二十余年，当年被救助的孩子赛夫，把这道烩饭正式写进菜单，一碗热饭成为乱世之中善意与和平的精神符号。这道烩饭口味层次丰富，咸鲜的底味裹挟蜂蜜清甜，米粒充分吸收肉汁与蔬菜风味，出锅前加入的蜂巢蜜是整道菜的灵魂，遇热缓缓融化，柔和中和酱汁的咸香。影片带火这道特色美食，线下消费市场同步升温。北京多家餐厅上线同款菜品，徐福烩饭一跃成为店内销量榜首；相关联名汉堡累计销量突破427万份。影片青岛取景地的餐厅，也推出售价15元的原版烩饭，吸引大批影迷前往打卡体验。
