Meshaal also urged those in neighboring countries to join the fight against Israel."Deliver a message, through the squares and the streets, a message of anger, that we are with Palestine, that we are with Gaza," Meshaal said, adding, "that we are a part of this battle."Ahead of the anticipated protests, the Israeli government has urged Israelis abroad to take extra caution amid concerns the call for action could turn violent.In France, Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin ordered a ban on pro-Palestinian demonstrations because they were likely to disrupt public order, the Agence France-Presse reported. Hungary and Germany have also banned pro-Palestinian demonstrations.Cities across the United States have also heightened security due to the protests."We are deeply disturbed by the message of hate. It is not acceptable," New York City Mayor Eric Adams said Thursday during a briefing on the city's security plans, which include surging additional police resources to schools and houses of worship "to ensure that they are safe."The "Day of Rage" comes nearly a week after Hamas militants launched a brutal, expansive surprise attack on Israel, firing thousands of rockets toward southern Israel and ambushing kibbutzim near the Gaza border. In response, Israel declared war and vowed to destroy Hamas.At least 1,300 people have died and 3,227 others have been injured in Israel following Hamas' attack, Israeli authorities said. 二 | “AI只是降低了创作的技术门槛，最终决定项目价值的，永远是创作者的创意、审美和商业思维。

三 |          　　在课程设计上，加速营并不停留于技术教学。营员们围绕“AI+前沿科创”“AI+非遗焕新”“AI+江南印象”“AI+城市未来”四个方向，走进智能制造工厂、历史文化街区、非遗体验基地和数字文旅项目实地调研，导师团队一对一帮助打磨选题、优化商业逻辑。         　　四组营员最终以“AI视频作品+落地项目方案”形式展开角逐。《常小龙-龙鳞光能驿站》获得团队一等奖。

四 | 该项目立足常州新能源与石墨烯产业优势，将目光投向市民日常出行、社区居住以及老旧小区充电隐患等现实问题，形成“科技产业—城市更新—民生服务”可落地的场景方案。按照主办方规划，获奖项目方案将择优纳入海峡两岸青创大赛项目储备库，后续持续打磨。

五 |          　　从“项目方案”到“拎包入驻”          　　项目成型之后如何落地？对于有意在大陆创业的台湾青年而言，这往往是比完成一份方案更现实也更复杂的难题。         　　加速营期间，常州市璞跃中国OPC国际社区负责人介绍了“常台OPC(一人公司)青创筑梦计划”。

六 | 依托常州市人工智能OPC创新发展十条扶持政策，以西太湖人工智能国际社区为核心载体，该计划为台湾青年定制了六方面服务：算力支持、资本对接、社群运营、赛事驱动、需求对接和全周期孵化。具体保障措施包括首年零租金、零物业费入驻，工商注册、银行开户一站式办理，概念验证平台开放共享，以及每月定期产业对接和导师辅导。         　　营期还专门开设了“一人成军——OPC轻量化创业实战”课程，由常州一人公司实战培训体系创立者、常州信息职业技术大学人工智能研究院执行院长毛燕萍授课，拆解单人创业的商业模式、运营逻辑和盈利路径。         　　课堂之外，营员实地走访了璞跃中国OPC国际社区。深耕自媒体赛道的台湾讲师小智在参观后表达了入驻意向。他长期运用AI工具持续生成作品，对算力配套服务有明确需求。社区提供的免费办公场地、AI算力配套以及行业资源对接机制，与他的事业发展规划高度契合。据社区工作人员介绍，活动期间，多位营员已与社区工作人员具体对接了入驻事宜。         　　从“20天实训”到“更长线的交集”          　　21名台湾青年中，多数是第一次来到大陆。为了让营员们尽快适应生活、投入学习，在常州生活创业的台湾青年主动协助他们办理电话卡、银行卡，讲解城市出行和生活指南。         　　学习之余，营员们参与了常州博物馆“常博奇妙夜”活动，通过“月光下的分享会”了解常州文化。他们还与本地自媒体人合作创作短视频，多条作品在视频平台获赞过万。         　　为期20天的加速营已告一段落。按照主办方安排，获奖项目将进入青创大赛储备库继续打磨，有意落地的创业者可通过OPC社区获得从注册到市场对接的全周期服务。
