近日拍摄的阜平县天生桥镇食用菌核心区。 Colombo, Oct 15 (UNI) Sri Lanka has sought support from the International Labour Organisation (ILO) to assist the government’s initiative to establish a digital database of the country's labour workforce, a newspaper reported on Saturday.
Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena pointed out that the Labour Ministry has taken steps to establish a comprehensive digitised database of the workforce and urged the ILO to assist in expediting the process, the Daily Mirror reported.
This was discussed when ILO Country Director Simrin C Singh and ILO Headquarters Senior Employment Specialist Sher Verick called on the Prime Minister this week.
The ILO received a first-hand briefing on the impact of the Covid pandemic and economic crisis on the labour workforce and the short-term and long-term steps taken by the government to recover the economy and to help the workers, especially the low-income labour force.
During the meeting, Singh pointed out that despite some signs of positive trends, most developing countries, including Sri Lanka, were faced with difficulties, due to global recession, limited fiscal space, debt sustainability challenges and rising inflation.
The Prime Minister said the government was keen to make the labour workforce upwardly mobile and explained the multitude of training programmes launched for skill development.
The ILO delegation assured fullest support to all the efforts taken by the government for the well-being of the labour and measures for upgrading the skills of the workforce.
UNI MR。阜平县因地制宜大力发展食用菌产业，从品种研发到制棒，从种植到深加工，产业链不断延伸，年产值达11亿元，带动1.5万余户群众增收致富。日报记者 许佳奇摄日报讯（记者郝东伟）省通过培育壮大乡村特色优势产业，推动县域特色主导产业做优做强，梯次培育农产品加工企业，加快发展乡村休闲旅游、农村电商等新产业新业态，持续推动乡村产业高质量发展。8月18日，馆陶县房寨镇伴导村的梨园内，金黄饱满的梨果压弯枝头，果农们忙着采摘成熟的皇冠梨，一派繁忙景象。“今年的梨个儿大、口感好，行情也不错，亩产7000斤左右。”伴导村种植户王春霞说，她种植皇冠梨20多年了，现在有14亩梨园，每年能有5万多元的纯收入。“村里成立了种植合作社，组织果农按标准生产规程进行种植，有效保证了梨果的品质和产量。”馆陶县伴导村党支部书记贾东太说，他们采取线上线下同步销售，丰收的皇冠梨不愁销路，拓宽了村民增收渠道。乡村产业有奔头，农民增收尝甜头。
二 | 省因地制宜推进乡村产业发展，围绕“土特产”做文章，培育发展优势特色农产品。聚焦粮油、蔬菜、果品、中药材、奶业、畜禽养殖六大主导产业，一体推进集群、园区、项目建设。一方水土，一方特产。省支持打造一批特色鲜明、优势突出、竞争力强的县域优势特色产业，遴选支持30个左右县域特色主导产业做优做强。同时，打造产业强镇和专业村镇，每个强镇支持1至2个产业强村，充分发挥辐射优势，带动周边村集体经济增收。支持有条件的村引进龙头企业、新型经营主体等发展特色种养、设施农业和农产品加工业。近日，在阜平县顾家台村“听风院”精品民宿，负责人刘娇里里外外忙活着。“我们民宿客源稳定，旅游旺季更是一房难求。”刘娇说，村里有山有水，附近还有天生桥、五台山等景区，是个游玩的好地方。为了让乡村旅游出圈又出彩，2023年，顾家台村成立了阜平县锦飞旅游农民专业合作社，民宿从最初的6户发展到如今的84户。同时，该村融合民俗文化、农旅产业、自然生态等资源，延伸并扩展以民宿为核心的乡村旅游产业链。“提升乡村特色产业发展水平，需要培育农村新产业新业态，促进农业增效、农民增收。”省农业农村厅相关负责人介绍，省推动农文旅深度融合，深挖特色种养、田园风光、乡土文化等资源优势，精准对接银发康养、亲子体验等多元市场需求，遴选发布主题鲜明、业态丰富的休闲农业精品线路。聚焦培育乡村产业新业态，探索推进乡村运营，盘活农房、校舍、山场、水面等闲置资源，推动乡村产业活化利用。
